RETURN POLICY
We always hope that you are satisfied with your items, but if for some reason you aren’t, you can always return regular priced items for a refund to your original method of payment or store credit.
We would like this process to be as easy as possible for you.
For us to receive your return send us an email letting us know that you have an item you would like to return. From there we will send you form to fill out, and you will just add it to your package.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- PLEASE carefully inspect a product upon arrival. All damage claims must be reported within three days of receiving merchandise.
- Shoes must be returned in the original box.
- All returns must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn, and have all the original tags attached. Any returns received with makeup stains, pet hair, deodorant stains, or smell like smoke will be refused and sent back to you and are subject to a $10 shipping charge.
- Regular priced items purchased during a promotional sale can be returned and will be credited/refunded for price paid only. Discounts and promotional coupon codes cannot be refunded.
- We cannot guarantee stock for a returned item.
- We do not accept any altered goods.
Exchanges
For an exchange, we will give you a store credit minus the shipping fee to use as your convenance. The store credit will be added to your account when we receive your product. You will receive an email and your store credit will be able to be use immediately.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the item you purchased will still be available in the size you need when we receive it back. Therefore, we do not do even exchanges.
- The return process may take up to 5 business days once received at our location.
Pre-Orders
All Pre-Order items will be shipped out when we receive from vendor. This shipping time varies, but is typically 2-3 weeks from order date. If it will take longer, we will notify you by email.
